At Skyline Merch, we highly recommend using our garments for customization. We know where they come from, and they are made especially for customization. If we have supplied the garment or item, we have calculated a margin of error in the cost and will replace it. We cannot replace garments or items we have not sold or provided. If you supply the garment or item and there is a problem, we do not replace your item. Your damaged piece will be returned to you as is.

    Shop rates will apply and will not reflect the normal pricing grid. You will also be subject to screen or other set up fees associated with producing your order. Please keep in mind the underage/spoilage rate when providing your own garments. We always recommend you provide extras.

    Embroidery machines can be fickle and occasionally during the embroidery process, a garment or item will be damaged. Sometimes we may experience unexpected results sewing on untested material. We may have a misunderstanding about color or placement of the design.

    Skyline Merch will in no way be responsible for Customer’s garments for any reasons whatsoever regardless of fault. Skyline Merch reserves the right to refuse any garment or item at our discretion.

    By signing this waiver, the customer releases Skyline Merch of all responsibility in the instance of damaged or unexpected results to the customer’s supplied garment, item(s) to be embroidered or screen printed, including but not limited to decoration longevity, washouts, etc.
