Orders must be paid in full before production begins unless otherwise approved by Skyline Merch staff. Orders paying via PO will move into production once we receive a copy of the signed PO. Under no circumstances can people pay individually via Venmo. Payment terms for a PO are net 30.

Lines of credit are offered to customers paying via purchase order only. No exceptions.

Due to the nature of this business, Skyline Merch will not be responsible for under-runs or spoilage up to 3% on jobs of 100 shirts per design, and up to 10% on jobs of less than 100 pieces. (Spoilage must be more than 10 shirts per design for a reprint). Please keep this in mind when ordering (it is never a bad idea to order extras). We always do our best to get you what you ordered. We will remove the cost of any items shorted from your remaining invoice but will not process a reprint for less than 10% of your order (or 10 shirts minimum).
Skyline Printing will not, at any time, be responsible for any lost profits on items shorted from your order. (IE: If you paid $7.50 per shirt to get the shirt printed, but you sell them for $25.00, Skyline Printing is only responsible for the $7.50 you would have paid us for the shirt).

Any change made to your order that is not due to a stock issue on behalf of the stock suppliers will be subject to a change fee of $25.00 in addition to the additional costs to make the changes. Any changes to your order after it has been placed will delay your order, even if you have paid a rush fee and/or have given us a required date. It is very important that you do not place your order until you are certain that’s what you want. Once the process begins, everyone in our shop starts to work on different aspects of the job, and changes become costly and time consuming.

The turnaround time on your order with Skyline Printing starts when you’ve paid the invoice in full, we have all information required to complete your order (finalized artwork, sizes, quantities, all shipping info, etc.) & your production proofs have been approved.
Delay in receipt of *any* info could result in production delays. Our turnaround time is generally 7-10 Business Days Average + Shipping. Complex orders/add-ons may increase turnaround. Delay in approval of mock ups could also result in production delays.
If you have a deadline for your order, it is very important that you let us know when placing your order and a rush fee may apply if there is not enough time to complete your order under normal circumstances. If you do not advise us about a due date until after your order has been paid for and pushed through our system, we may not be able to accommodate your request. Any circumstances out of Skyline Merch’s control (ie: weather delays, shipping errors by the supplier, etc.) may also require more time and are not factored into the initial turnaround time estimate.

Skyline Merch will do everything in our power to meet any must-have date, but we cannot guarantee it due to so many factors outside of our control (supplier shortages, shipping delays, weather delays, etc.) Rush fees may apply. Customers will be responsible for any expedited shipping charges associated with the order.

All artwork and invoice details are to be approved via Printavo. Artwork must be checked for spelling, ink colors, art dimensions, placement of the art, and accuracy of artwork by the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all invoice information is correct including but not limited to sizes, quantities, pricing, and shipping/delivery address. The address included on your invoice is the address used to create shipping labels. Skyline Merch will not be responsible for additional shipping fees if a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address.
It is very important to look over every detail of the mockup, as this is how your garments will print. Skyline Merch will not accept responsibility for corrections not implemented and/or requested after artwork approval. Any modifications requested after customer approval will result in production delays and could require additional expenses. Any delays in the approval process longer than 24 hours after receipt of the mockup could result in production delays.
Once you approve the sizes and quantities of the shirts, we will order shirts the same or following business day. If we have already ordered the shirts, your sizes and quantities are locked. If you need additional shirts, your order may be subject to the change fee and any shipping costs from the supplier as well as production delays.

When submitting print ready artwork, all artwork files must be vector format. All text must be converted to outlines.

We will adjust artwork print size to what we think looks best unless the customer specifies specific print dimensions. Printing can only be as good as the artwork. Skyline Printing will not be responsible for poor quality printing due to poor artwork. Skyline Printing is not responsible for any misspellings, errors, or issues in your art file. We do our best to catch these errors and point them out to you, but we may not catch them all. If it is in your art file and on your approval, that is how we will print it.

If you do not have artwork, we offer in-house graphic design that includes one design and one revision, otherwise you could incur a design fee based on the complexity of the design. If you request a design to be made and in turn do not make an order, you will be invoiced for the fee associated for your design which will be due upon receipt.
All designs (unless submitted as print ready artwork) are the sole creative property of Skyline Printing & Merchandise LLC. Reproduction, copying, imitation, or modification of any themes, phrases, images, or designs without license is strictly prohibited. This includes submitting “finished” designs that we have to remake into a print ready format.

Orders may be canceled up until the order is approved and invoice is paid. After this, there are no refunds. If you request a design to be made and in turn do not make an order, you will be invoiced for the fee associated for your design which will be due upon receipt.

We can print orders as few as 25 shirts per design, but there will be some restrictions on size, number of colors, and print locations in the design. We recommend printing at least 50 for best pricing. Smaller orders may be accommodated at the discretion of Skyline Merch via DTF.

Screen fees and setup fees are included in the price of each shirt. Like the rest of the industry, we will use the same set of screens per design ordered. For example, the graphic will print the exact same size, no matter the size of the item we are printing on. If you would like to have different screen sizes made for different item sizes, please let us know ahead of time. Each set of screens will be considered a different order, with pricing and minimums charged accordingly. Please keep the max imprint sizes in mind when printing girl and youth sized shirts. Ink change fees are $18 per screen per print location.
Example: ABC, Inc. orders 40 youth shirts and 60 adult shirts with the same design, but sizes the design differently for the two sets of shirts. Skyline Printing will have to make two sets of screens. ABC, Inc. will be charged the 25-48 Quantity pricing for the youth shirts and 49-72 Quantity pricing for the adult shirts, NOT the 100 Quantity pricing.

We print using exact formulated ink colors within the PMS Coated range to ensure consistency in our operations. Ink colors are chosen from our House Inks. Custom ink colors outside of our House Colors are $25/color for orders under 100 pieces.

Elective reprints are available at a minimum of 12 pieces. Reprints will be priced according to the respective quantity bracket you fall under. Skyline Merch reserves the right to choose the decoration method for reprints, especially for complex designs. Reprints may be printed via screen printing or DTF.
Example 1: John Doe places an order for 100 Anvil 980 shirts in Black. Skyline Printing delivers the 100 shirts Ben orders, and Ben is satisfied with his order. Ben’s friends see how cool the shirts are and want to order 5 more shirts. Skyline Printing lets Ben know that he has to order at least 12 prints in order to get additional shirts. Ben orders 12 more shirts and is priced according to the 12-24 piece bracket.
Example 2: John Doe places an order for 100 Anvil 980 shirts in Black. Skyline Printing delivers the 100 shirts Ben orders, and Ben is satisfied with his order. Ben’s shirts are so popular that he wants to order 50 more. Skyline Printing is happy to print additional shirts for Ben. Ben is charged according to the 48-72 price bracket.

Flat rate shipping starts at $15 and increases depending on where you are located and how much we’re shipping. Free local deliveries are available as well. Skyline Printing is not responsible for any loss, damage or shipping delays caused by the delivery carrier, or for lost or stolen packages.
Examples: FedEx cannot deliver your package on time due to inclement weather. | FedEx delivers your package to the wrong address (although provided the correct address) and you do not receive your products on time.

Skyline Printing is not responsible for items that are out of stock. While we check items we know to have potential stock issues, all garments are ordered after your order is placed, and we cannot guarantee their availability. If items are out of stock, we will provide you with a list of possible replacements and get it approved by you before using your chosen item.

It is very important that you go through your order as soon as possible once you receive it. All claims must be submitted within 48 business hours after the date of delivery. Please email to submit your claim. In the case of an error made on Skyline’s behalf, 100% of items must be returned to Skyline Merch or the reprint will not be allowed.

Orders are counted twice before leaving the shop – once in receiving and once as they come off the dryer. Once shirts come off the dryer, they are immediately packed into boxes for delivery. Before making a claim, please ensure that you are actually missing shirts from your order.

We try to check every garment as it comes off of the press, but there are times where some mistakes will make it out the door. It is your responsibility as the customer to check over garments as you receive them. We allow an industry standard 48 business hour window from the time you receive the goods to notify us of any issues with the order. Skyline Printing will not be responsible for errors with your order if notified after 48 business hours of receiving the goods. Skyline Printing also will not be responsible for any lost income, customers, accounts, and/or contracts if defective garments are sent out to your final customer. While Skyline Printing does quality checks on the garments, the final quality assurance check lies in the hands of you, our customer.

Skyline Printing is not responsible for manufacturer defects such as color inconsistencies, stitching errors, mislabeled garments, loose/inconsistent stitching, and/or garment defects (holes in garments, ripped seams, etc.). We try our hardest to inspect the garments as we print them, but we cannot guarantee each garment. We are not the manufacturers of these garments, so we cannot ensure their construction. We highly recommend ordering 5% extra of each size if an exact count is important.
Some manufacturers over-dye their garments. Over-dying is the process of re-dying a garment after its initial manufacturing period. This is done for any number of reasons, including color correction, clearing out of colors that didn’t sell (purple shirts aren’t selling so the manufacturer dyes them black to sell them as black shirts), etc. Because of this factor, Skyline Printing cannot 100% guarantee exact color consistency on coloring with discharge printing or discharge based services. This is most noticeable on white ink prints (showing a slight off-white tinge), but can sometimes be seen with other colors. If you are concerned about the possibility of over-dying on a garment you are interested in or would like more information or alternate print methods, please contact us. We will be glad to provide you with any information that may help you avoid this issue.
Polyester items can be a struggle to print on depending on the brand or the way they were dyed. The reason polyester can be a struggle to print on is because of a reaction known as dye migration. Dye migration is basically just as it sounds; small dye particles moving from one place (fabric) to another (ink). This causes an unwanted change or tint in ink color. We do our best to prevent this by using the highest quality of polyester inks and bleed blockers. We do our best to fight this issue, but once in a while there is a chance for some bleeding depending on the garment. Skyline Printing is not responsible for this issue.

Please note that not all shirts will be sewn exactly the same; these dimensions are to be used for reference as a “safe” zone to avoid printing on any seams or edges.

Although Skyline Printing has the latest equipment available, inconsistencies may occur in registration and ink coverage when printing near or over the collar, seams, or any other edges. Any large prints may run the risk of going over the sleeve seam. These are all considered acceptable goods and will not be considered for reprints.

Although Skyline Printing has the latest equipment available, inconsistencies may occur in registration and ink coverage when printing over the zipper, pockets or any other uneven surfaces. Skyline printing will not be responsible for these inconsistencies.

Blank samples are invoiced at cost + a delivery fee starting at $15. Printed samples are available at the discretion of Skyline Merch.

Even though Skyline Merch printers have 10 years of experience, there is no way to effectively and efficiently measure a distance from the collar on each shirt as each garment is loaded onto the press by hand. If you request a print that is 2” down from the collar, we will use that as a guide and do our best to make sure that all shirts hit that target, but not all shirts will hit exactly at 2”, they may be off by as much as an inch in either direction. This will not be considered a misprint and Skyline Merch will not reprint or refund these shirts.

Skyline Printing is not liable for the use of Trademarked or Licensed Images, and the customer assumes full responsibility for the use thereof.

Skyline Printing reserves the right to change pricing without notice.
Example: ABC, Inc. looks at the pricing on Skyline Printing’s website on Monday. On Tuesday, Skyline Printing changes the pricing on their website due to rising cotton prices. Later that day, ABC, Inc. contacts Skyline Printing unaware that the prices have changed since the day before. ABC, Inc. places an order and is charged the most up-to-date pricing.

Skyline Printing will not be responsible for your satisfaction with the garments printed on or the printed artwork. We are always available to counsel any customer to ensure you pick a garment that matches your needs, but we also need you to do your due diligence on the garment choice. If you are unsure of what garment to select, we can gladly order a number of blank samples for you to choose from. The samples will be billed at a per piece rate and shipped without printing. Blank samples will not credit to the cost of your order.
