  • Choose how long store will be open (we suggest no more than ten days)
  • Choose final selling price + delivery options

Step 2 | Marketing

  • Add photos, videos, or stories to social media to advertise your store
  • Share the link to your store
  • Sell some merch!

Step 3 | Fullfillment

After the preorder is finished, we will print and poly bag your orders. We can bulk pack the entire order to one location for free or charge each customer a shipping fee during checkout to ship each order direct.

Benefits

You decide the final price of the products. There is no left over inventory, we only print what is sold. You will receive a custom URL to your store. Your only task is to promote your store! The best results are from generated from the webstore link being shared across multiple platforms (Facebook, Email and Instagram)

Costs

There are no upfront charges.

Base Rate

We will quote your order in our 25-48 pc quantity. We add a flat $3 fee per garment for setting up the store, processing payment, folding, poly bagging and fulfillment. There is no leftover inventory, we only print what is sold.

You sell at whatever price you’d like to, above the base rate and we will pay you the profit on the difference.

Shipping Options

Shipping can either be an option paid for by the customer at checkout or we can add the cost of shipping into your base rate and your customers will receive “Free Shipping” on the order.

Example:

  • Two color print on Bella Canvas 3001 Tee: $7.40
  • Flat Fee: $3.00
  • Base Rate: $10.40
  • Retail Price: $15 each
  • Profit: $4.60 per shirt profit

Tips for Success

  • Minimum of 12 pieces of each design must be sold.
  • Profits will be kept if minimums are not met to cover our losses.
  • All orders are collected together and printed within two weeks following the day after the store closes (If your store closes on the 1st, orders will be processed for production on the 2nd and may not be complete from production for fulfillment until the 15th. Please note this when selecting how long to leave your store open.)
  • One Week is the best length to have the store open.
  • Keep it simple and focus your fundraiser by offering only one or two designs. More options actually result in less sales.
  • Fittings are available if you are setting up a company store.
  • Share your link multiple times on your social media to engage customers.
