    We suggest 3 products per design.

    (Profit amount must be the same whole dollar amount for every product)

Webstore Policies

Order Minimum Requirements

We require a minimum of 24 pieces per design to be sold. If this minimum is not met, one of two actions is required:

  1. We will refund all orders placed with those items and notify your customers that minimums were not met. No fundraising amounts will be made from the refunded transactions.
  2. You can order the difference required to meet minimums and all orders will be fulfilled as ordered. You will be billed separately for these additional items.

Minimum Audience Size Recommendation

We recommend a minimum audience size of 50 people to get the best results from your fundraiser. This audience size is usually able to meet all order minimum requirements.

Back Ordered Items

In the event that one of the items is unavailable at the time the store closes, we will select the closest match to allow your store to fulfill and ship on time. We will notify you and the customer of the change and give option for a refund.

Color Count Clause

Base price includes up to 3 imprint colors on one side of the shirt. If your final artwork includes more print locations and/or colors, the base price will be requoted accordingly.


How will the orders get delivered?

All orders will be mailed out USPS unless otherwise discussed when setting up store.

When will the orders ship?

All orders will ship within 7-10 business days following your store close date. We are unable to extend store close dates, as it extends the ship date.

When will we receive our fundraising check?

You will receive a check after all orders have been fulfilled.

Can I run my webstore a second time?

Yes, as long as order minimums are met. We recommend removing the designs / products that did not perform will and change with other options. We may also suggest not running a second webstore immediately if your audience size is small.

How can I make my webstore most profitable?

Advertise your webstore on multiple platforms. Send out emails to your audience. Send out reminder emails three days prior to store close date. Ask your audience to share the fundraiser link on their social media.
